Comment #112: No Appreciation for Non Indian Work?

I have been discriminated multiple times by Indians in every aspect of IT. Management, Development, ... anything you can imagine. They stopped me doing the the thing I ever loved so that they bring over their friends and deny my work. Never saw any indian appreciate my work. It is always blamed no matter how good or hard work we do. Indian Managers boast about other Indians and always, and i meant it, always blame other workers.

This is the survey on Indian IT discrimination. This mini-site is broken down into just a few tabs.

Step 1: Review and Filter the Comments

Use the filters on Part 1: The Survey Comments to select the category of the comment. The two filters in Part 1 are overlapping. This means the comment can be in different categories at the same time.

Step 2: View the Charts

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out. 

Select the "Participate" tab at the top of the website and fill out the survey!

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
