I worked as an IT recruiter 20 years ago and saw how it all began. I was shocked to learn how the process worked and how they would have one "educated" person doing ALL of the technical phone interviews, but sending other, much less skilled Indians to the actual job when offered. this is HOW they get in there.

This is the survey on Indian IT discrimination. This mini-site is broken down into just a few tabs.

Step 1: Review and Filter the Comments

Use the filters on Part 1: The Survey Comments to select the category of the comment. The two filters in Part 1 are overlapping. This means the comment can be in different categories at the same time.

Step 2: View the Charts

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out. 

Select the "Participate" tab at the top of the website and fill out the survey!

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
