Comment #106: Robot Mentality?

In my experiences working with Indian software developers, they have a slave mentality that simply don't answer no to anything. As a result, it makes my job as a state-side software developer that much more challenging where if I raise any doubts I look like I'm challenging authority.

Introduction to the Survey

This is the survey on Indian IT discrimination. This mini-site is broken down into just a few tabs.

Step 1: Review and Filter the Comments

Use the filters on Part 1: The Survey Comments to select the category of the comment. The two filters in Part 1 are overlapping. This means the comment can be in different categories at the same time.

Step 2: View the Charts

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out. 

Select the "Participate" tab at the top of the website and fill out the survey!

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
