I have seen a preference of Indians from India for other Indians from India. Indians from India look down upon Indians from the US, although the latter group was born or grew up in this country.

This is the survey on Indian IT discrimination. This mini-site is broken down into just a few tabs.

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out.

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
