Comment #107: Indians Only Hire and Support Other Indians?

Indians likes to hire and support only other Indians. Very often non-Indians are weeded out during the resume scanning process and are often not even interviewed. Sometimes, a token non-Indian is invited to an interview just to make things look fair, but in reality, it is anything but fair. The Indians leaders (such as CEO of Google and Microsoft) are expected to provide jobs for Indians and to immigrate as many Indians as possible. That is considered their holy duty, and Indians support such leaders with that understanding.

This is the survey on Indian IT discrimination. This mini-site is broken down into just a few tabs.

Step 1: Review and Filter the Comments

Use the filters on Part 1: The Survey Comments to select the category of the comment. The two filters in Part 1 are overlapping. This means the comment can be in different categories at the same time.

Step 2: View the Charts

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out. 

Select the "Participate" tab at the top of the website and fill out the survey!

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
