The influx of H1B Indian workers in the IT industry has destroyed the entire platform for domestic workers to remain in the once highly sought after career. I have been in the IT field for 20 years. I have not seen any domestic workers hired at my company in well over 10 + years. I have tried to hire American workers only to see the positions filled by “connected” family members or was told by my Indian manager that they found a candidate who fit the position perfectly ironically by someone from India. It is an absolute shame what has been going on.

Step 2: View the Charts

After reviewing the comments, head on over to the second tab. Part 2: Charts illustrate the numerical analysis of the other questions in the survey and provide context and explanations per question and chart.

Step 3: Participate in this Survey

Why not participate in the study. It's fast, and you will help get the information out.

Step 4: Spreading the Survey

Please forward this website to any of the domestic IT workers you think also have experiences to share. As this database grows, it can explain the real story of Indian IT to a wide variety of different people.
